This policy explains how Arnex Software Development Services ("Arnex SDS", "we") handles personal information through arnexsds.com and the applications we operate, including apps that let you sign in with Facebook or other Meta products. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Information we collect

If you sign in with Meta, we receive only what you authorise. That is usually your name, email address, profile picture and a Meta app-scoped user ID. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you choose to send. We do not collect passwords for third-party accounts.

How we use it

We use it to create and secure your account, to provide the features you request, to reply to you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our apps, such as hosting and email, and only under confidentiality obligations. We also share it when Philippine law requires us to.

Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the proprietor.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction or deletion, and you may object to processing. Email arnel.robles@arnexsds.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

To delete the data our apps received through Meta login, use either method:

1. 01Email arnel.robles@arnexsds.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name or email on your account.
2. 02On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app, select Remove, and request deletion of your data.

We confirm your request within 3 business days and delete your account data within 30 days. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are deleted when the legal retention period ends.

These terms cover your use of arnexsds.com and the applications operated by Arnex Software Development Services, a sole proprietorship of Arnel Robles in the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, Philippines. Client projects are also covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails where the two differ.

Use. Use our sites and apps lawfully. Do not try to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them, or access them without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property. Site content belongs to Arnex SDS. Ownership of client deliverables passes as set out in each project agreement. Open-source components keep their own licences.

Liability. Our sites and apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Arnex SDS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions: arnel.robles@arnexsds.com.

How refunds and cancellations work for services and platforms provided by Arnex Software Development Services. The rules depend on what you are paying for.

Custom software and project work

Project fees and deposits secure our time and cover work already scheduled or performed, and are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded less any costs already incurred. For milestone-based projects, completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. Fees for milestones not yet started may be refundable, subject to work already done.

Subscription platforms

Subscriptions (for example, BaryoClub or the accounting module) are billed in advance for the selected period, monthly or annual. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period. Payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, and we do not give partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If we materially fail to provide a subscribed service and cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may provide a credit or pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Payments collected for organizations

Where Arnex processes payments on behalf of an organization, such as membership dues or event fees, those payments are collected for and settled to that club, association or event organizer. Refunds are decided by that organization under its own rules. Arnex facilitates approved refunds but is not the merchant of record. Contact the organization you paid first. We will help coordinate where appropriate.

Requesting a refund

Email arnel.robles@arnexsds.com with your name, the service or platform, the payment reference or date, and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Xendit, where possible. How long the funds take to appear depends on your bank or e-wallet. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. A chargeback raised without contacting us may delay resolution. This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Philippine law.
